This dynamic parenting group is centered on helping families with children who have ADHD. It combines the latest research, practical strategies, and community support to empower parents in creating routines that work for their unique family needs, while also preventing burnout and recognizing when additional help is needed. Each session will explore ADHD from multiple angles, including developmental stages, emotional support, and the importance of structure in daily life.

Our Paediatric Physiotherapist-Led Parent & Baby Group offers a supportive and interactive environment designed to guide parents and caregivers in fostering their infant's healthy development. This group will focus on:

Developmental Milestones: Learn about key stages in your infant's growth and how to support their motor, cognitive, and social-emotional progress.

Equipment and Footwear Guidance: Receive advice on selecting developmentally appropriate equipment, what equipment to avoid, and footwear to enhance mobility and alignment.

Sensory Processing: Understand your infant’s sensory needs and explore activities that promote sensory integration and self-regulation.

Through a mix of educational discussions and hands-on activities, this group empowers parents with the knowledge and tools to confidently support their child's unique developmental journey.

This group is appropriate for babies who are beginning to move independently (rolling) up to the pre-walkers (pulling to stand / cruising).
